Bird controlOne local company for every pest problem
Residential and commercial, one-time or recurring. If it crawls, stings, chews, or roosts, it’s on the list.
Termite control
Free inspections, straight answers, and warrantied treatment for Arizona’s subterranean termites. Bryce checks the slab, shows you what he finds, and quotes the work the same day in most cases.
Sound familiar?
- Pencil-width dirt tunnels climbing the stem wall, garage expansion joints, or a block fence near the house.
- Bubbling or rippled paint, hollow-sounding baseboards, and dirt packed into drywall seams or nail holes.
- Winged termites indoors after a monsoon rain or on a warm spring day, or small piles of discarded wings on windowsills.
- Colonies don’t stop at the property line. If the house next door had activity, it’s worth a free look at yours.
What’s included
- Free termite inspection with photos
- Written quote sized to your home
- Liquid barrier: trench, rod, and drill
- Warrantied treatment
- Annual re-check
Scorpion control
Bark scorpions aren’t a spray-once problem. They’re a harborage problem, so we treat where they live: block walls, rock landscaping, and the gaps that lead into your home.
Sound familiar?
- A scorpion in the tub, a closet, or a shoe usually means more are living close by, not a one-off visitor.
- Cinder-block fences and rock landscaping hold heat and shelter, the two things bark scorpions look for.
- Grading and fresh landscaping push scorpions out of the ground, so first-year homes near open land often see the most activity.
- Scorpions follow their food. A steady supply of crickets in the garage tends to bring scorpions with it.
What’s included
- Blacklight inspection
- Perimeter and block wall treatment
- Entry point and weep screed treatment
- Treatment for crickets and roaches they feed on
- Kid & pet friendly products
General pest control
Ants, roaches, crickets, spiders, and earwigs knocked down first, then kept out with an exterior barrier timed to desert seasons. Owner-operated, with kid & pet friendly products.
Sound familiar?
- Lines of ants across the kitchen counter, bathroom, or along baseboards, especially after watering or rain.
- Chirping from the garage at night, or crickets collecting along the door seal in late summer.
- Webs in eaves, patio corners, and the pool fence, or black widows in the block wall and meter box.
- Large roaches near drains, the laundry room, or the garage, or small ones in the kitchen and bathrooms.
What’s included
- Interior and exterior knockdown
- Perimeter barrier on every visit
- De-webbing of eaves and patios
- Interior treatment when needed
- Kid & pet friendly products
Rodent control
Roof rats have moved into the West Valley’s citrus trees, palms, and attics. We trap what’s inside, seal every way back in, and confirm the activity has stopped.
Sound familiar?
- Scratching or scurrying in the attic or walls around dusk and before dawn is the classic roof rat sign.
- Droppings in the garage or pantry, gnawed drip lines and wiring, and shredded insulation.
- Oranges or grapefruit hollowed out while still on the tree, or chewed fruit on the ground.
- Dogs fixating on a wall or ceiling, pet food disappearing, or movement along the fence line at night.
What’s included
- Roofline and attic inspection
- Trapping and removal of trapped animals
- Exclusion with metal mesh and sealant
- Follow-up visits to verify
- Tips on trimming citrus and palms away from the roof
Bee & wasp removal
Swarms, wall hives, and wasp nests handled with the right gear and prioritized around kids, pets, and sting allergies. Text a photo of what you’re seeing for the fastest quote.
Sound familiar?
- A cluster of bees hanging from a tree, wall, or fence. Often passing through, but not something to stand near.
- Steady bee traffic into a roofline gap, weep hole, meter box, or valve box means a hive is establishing.
- A hum you can hear through drywall or a ceiling, sometimes with bees showing up indoors.
- Paper wasp nests over doorways, patios, pool areas, or play sets that grow larger week by week.
What’s included
- Identification of bees vs. wasps, swarm vs. hive
- Swarm and hive removal or treatment
- Comb handling for wall and roof hives
- Wasp nest removal and treatment
- Treatment of old nest sites
Bird control
Humane exclusion for pigeons and other nuisance birds. Pigeon nests cleared, solar panels screened, ledges and rooflines protected, and practical guidance so the birds don’t settle back in.
Sound familiar?
- Pigeons flying in and out from under the array, or debris and feathers collecting at the panel edges.
- Droppings on walkways, patios, vehicles, or below the same section of roofline every day.
- Nesting material poking out of tile roof gaps, eaves, gutters, or business signage.
- Birds lined up on the roof ridge or ledges every morning and evening, no matter how often they’re chased off.
What’s included
- Roost and nesting assessment
- Humane exclusion and deterrents
- Pigeon, starling, and house sparrow nest removal
- Solar panel screening
- Roofline, ledge, and sign deterrents
Commercial pest control
Recurring service for restaurants, offices, retail, warehouses, HOAs, and rental properties across the West Valley. The owner does the work, keeps a record of every visit, and schedules around your business.
Sound familiar?
- Activity in kitchens, breakrooms, or storage areas, especially around drains, dish areas, and dry goods.
- Repeated reports of scorpions, roaches, or rodents from tenants, residents, or employees.
- Droppings, gnawed packaging, or chewed wiring in warehouses, back rooms, or attics.
- Pigeons nesting on signage, ledges, or rooflines and leaving droppings at entrances.
What’s included
- Site walkthrough and written quote
- Recurring scheduled service
- Visits scheduled around your hours
- A record of every service visit
- Same owner-operator on every visit

Don’t see your question? Call or text (623) 363-3124 and you’ll get Bryce, not a call center.
Who actually shows up to treat my home?
Bryce, the owner. Smite is owner-operated, so the person who quotes your home is the person who treats it and the one who answers when you call. No rotating techs and no call center.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?
We use kid and pet friendly products and apply them with your household in mind. Bryce will tell you if anything needs to dry before kids or pets go back out, and he can work around play areas, gardens, and pet spaces.
How much does pest control cost?
Every home is quoted free after a quick look at the size of the home and lot and the pest pressure. There are no pricing games and no long contracts. Most quotes come back the same day, and you can text a photo of the problem to get started.
What’s the difference between monthly and bi-monthly service?
Both put a fresh exterior barrier down on a schedule timed to desert seasons. Monthly is the strongest coverage and is the only plan that includes free re-service between visits. Bi-monthly suits established neighborhoods with moderate, seasonal activity. See the plans page for a side-by-side.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Recurring plans have no long contracts, and you can switch cadence anytime as your pest pressure changes.
Do you offer one-time treatments?
Yes. A one-time service is a thorough interior and exterior treatment for an active problem or a move-in, backed by a 30-day guarantee. Homes near open desert usually do better on a recurring plan, but there’s no pressure either way.
